Fax Program

 Menus are faxed to businesses and residences within a 2 mile radius of establishment.

Frequency determined by the rate of changes made to lunch menu by the establishment.

 Fee

$50.00 per month for basic fax program as described.

.10 per toll call for fax numbers provided by establishment. Additional charge for formatting faxable menu*

E-mail Program

 Menus are e-mailed to businesses and residences within a 2 mile radius of establishment.

Frequency determined by the rate of changes made to lunch menu by the establishment

 Fee

$50.00 per month for basic

e-mail as described.

Additional charge for adjusting or creating electronic menu**

Internet Program

 Menus are posted to the Whats4Lunch Web Site for on-line ordering and browsing. Clients have the ability to place orders for pick-up or delivery as well as making reservations and catering requests. Fee

$50.00 per month for posting and maintenance.

$20.00 per month for link maintenance.

$2.00 per order transmitted by electronic method.

$100.00 to establish web page and maintenance.

Menu creation or republishing**

 Changing line items or updating up to three (3) items are included in the basic fee.

Changing prices, layout, or general content are covered as follows.

 Fee

$10.00 per web page for price changes

$20.00 per fax or E-mail page for layout or content change.

$15.00 for change over from one program to another.

All fees are due net 10 days.

Payable by US Funds only.

 Billing begins on the first day following free trial period. Due on the 15th or 1st of each month. Service will be interrupted in excess of 15 days overdue. Discontinued at 20 days overdue. Late fee = 5% of total due or $10.00 which ever is less.

Fax Continuation fee $10.00

E-mail Continuation fee $20.00

Web or Internet Continuation fee $50.00

Marketing consultation Professional marketing consultancy or problem resolution available. $60.00 per hour
